INTEGRADED MANEGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY One of the things that Group Kabel is most proud of is the commitment of its employees to the companies and the quality of the products. For this reason, the Group makes a point of preserving an open and transparent relationship with its collaborators. The Group’s programs, has been implemented since 2000, rewarding employees that achieve established targets with bonus paid in addition to the salary. The company also offered adult elementary education course for those employees that had not had the chance to finish elementary education. Today, 100% of Kabel’s employees have completed elementary education and, of these, 70 % also have finished secondary education. With a view to enhancing the communication system among the entire team of Group Kabel, a weekly breakfast meeting is held with members of the board.
